Executive functioning isn’t just about school—it’s how we plan, prioritize, regulate emotions, and get things done. For students with ADHD or learning differences, these skills don’t always come naturally—and no amount of “just try harder” will change that.
At The Wellness Standard, we take a strengths-based approach to support students who feel stuck, scattered, or burned out. Our coaching is practical, individualized, and rooted in real-life application—not rigid systems or unrealistic expectations. We work with kids, teens, and college students to build the tools they need to show up for their goals, and themselves.
